Questionnaires
Dear teachers, students and partners,
With these questionnaires, your opinion will contribute to the development, improvement and sharing of the Erasmus+ project entitled "Professional language training of VET students in the field of customer service for quality tourism" (ProTourism) and number 2021-1-BG01-KA220-VET-000024853.
The aim of the project is to provide foreign language teachers in vocational education and training with solid, labor market-responsive digital pedagogical materials, aligned with the highest standards of English language teaching. These materials complement and enrich the classes of vocational tourism school students who are learning a specialized language - English for their profession.
By creating the pedagogical materials, we are able to directly support the current challenges faced by language teachers in vocational education and training in the tourism sector, and meet employers' demands for emphasis on specific areas of knowledge and skills such as customer service and communication.
ProTourism's pedagogical digital materials are a completely open and free resource for all those who want to enrich their knowledge in the field of customer service and communication and use pedagogical materials with a practical focus in a real work environment in the tourism sector professions (cook, baker/pastry chef, restaurateur, bartender/waiter, hotel administrator/receptionist, animator, travel agent/guide), and for all those who want to use additional materials to master level B1 of the European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Thank you for your assistance,
ProTourism Project Team
